Greetings! I'm trying to repair a Crestline Casement Window that was probably installed in the mid-late 1980s. The glass dimensions are 24" wide by 42" tall. One arm is labelled "Entry Gard Truth". One crank arm has the number "20810" stamped on it. One crank arm has the number "31538" stamped on ... (cont.)

Hope the photos are big enough for you to get the numbers. Any help is much appreciated.

The stamped numbers are close to a few that I looked through L30841 LH30470 But measurements don't match

I'm looking to replace a broken lower hinge on my 24" by 48" crank window. it's the bottom hinge on the left side on a double crank window. It looks like the parts you have are one piece crank arm and hinge ? Thanks, Mike

Hello Experts,I have 5 casement windows for which I would like to replace the operator (crank), arm and track. The arm has engraved on it "Entry Gard Truth".I am also looking to replace some weather stripping for the windows.Thank you very much.Andy

There are no markings but the part is on the bottom of the window pane as shown in pictures. The windows were Marvin windows probably manufactured early 80s. Marvin.com said they discontinued that part and advised me to check with you guys.

Hello, I'm have a issue with the crank assemble for both of these windows. In the one picture with arrows you can see the bottom brackets is broken and the guide bar has detached and will not stay in place even after I reset it. On the body of the unit: 40471, 25, 91. On the longer primary arm: 30470 LH. On the shorter secondary arm: L30841, 20810.

The arm of the casement window operator keeps falling out of the window sash. It is a left-hand window. The length of the arm itself is 9 inches. What do I need to order to replace it?
