Lincoln Window. Gut of crank seems to be stripped. Cannot close window must manually push shut to close and lock window. Extended double arms measure approximately 17 inches. (my best measurement) Thank you for your assessment!Alice

I have a house built in 2004 full of Eagle windows that have Truth brand operators, bar hinges etc. They are all casement windows. I don't know if I have the right terms, but I am looking to replace the crank mechanism and everything except the hinge on a casement window. If they are available in a less corrosive metal like stainless steel, that would be optimal. Thank you.

In Image 1820 - you can see the window has become displaced out of the track on the top. In image 1823- the crank arm is disconnected, this arm does not look like the arm used on the other crank out window, it must have been replaced at some point On the lower track, the window is connected but the ... The bottom hardware that connects to the window is rusting and has failed. The operator is a entry guard that is still in good working order. Hello, Don't know how I did it but I lost track when I was reglazing another window. Can you identify this part in your inventory. It measures 13-3/4" x5/8" The only identifying marks is engraved "press arm to detach (arrow)". in the center. Jay

It says R.O.W. on the side. It's very old but maybe you have a part that would work. It's for the left window if you are in the house looking at the window and the window opens to the left. Thank you!

Only marking I see is the Row on the handle of the crank.
