I need 4 that the window opens out to the right and 1 that opens out to the left. What do I need.

Hello Experts,I have 5 casement windows for which I would like to replace the operator (crank), arm and track. The arm has engraved on it "Entry Gard Truth".I am also looking to replace some weather stripping for the windows.Thank you very much.Andy

There are no markings but the part is on the bottom of the window pane as shown in pictures. The windows were Marvin windows probably manufactured early 80s. Marvin.com said they discontinued that part and advised me to check with you guys.

Hello, I'm have a issue with the crank assemble for both of these windows. In the one picture with arrows you can see the bottom brackets is broken and the guide bar has detached and will not stay in place even after I reset it. The arm of the casement window operator keeps falling out of the window sash. It is a left-hand window. The length of the arm itself is 9 inches. What do I need to order to replace it?

I need this part both right and left. The partatrached to the window measured just over 11 1/4 "

Lincoln Window. Gut of crank seems to be stripped. Cannot close window must manually push shut to close and lock window. Extended double arms measure approximately 17 inches. (my best measurement) Thank you for your assessment!Alice

Hello,I purchased items 39-412 & 39-413 for my window. The window channel that is on the window is too shallow for these parts. The current channel measure 13 3/4 x 5/8 x 1/8. I have a house built in 2004 full of Eagle windows that have Truth brand operators, bar hinges etc. They are all casement windows. I don't know if I have the right terms, but I am looking to replace the crank mechanism and everything except the hinge on a casement window. If they are available in a less corrosive metal like stainless steel, that would be optimal. Thank you.
