I am trying to replace the operators on old Andersen casement windows. The operator is 7073A. The arm is 7.5" from the bend and 9.5" in total. I tried a replacement part from prime line that appeared to fit, but the window would not close all of the way as the arm and roller was essentially too t ... (cont.)

I am trying to replace the part that the window opens on at the top of the window. It is a Windsor casement window, Pinnacle series, from 2003. I believe it is called a hinge part.

Hi, Swisco,I ordered your 39-031 operator and tried to install it. However, my old operator has a flat, metal disc at the end of the arm. The new vinyl disc is too fat, and doesn't go into the track. Do you have a different operator, or do I need a different track?

I am helping my parents find a replacement window operator. It appears to be a Truth Hardware 13.5" right-handed operator in Faux Nickel. Would you be able to help identify if this is correct and direct me to a replacement on your website?

The teeth to this part are stripped. I need to replace the entire crank and attached arms as pictured. The brand is "Truth" and the 2 numbers that are on the arm are: R30842 and 20755. Thanks, Nick

also, the plastic roller on the outermost location of the outside part comes out of the thing it rolls in, so we have to go outside and put it back in; the window is still good, but the whole crank mechanism seems like it could be replaced also can't figure out how to get the crank to stay in its h ... Hi there, My client's window crank is not opening all of the way, and it appears to be the roller is dropping into the removal area halfway through the crank. I'm guessing a new hardware kit for this casement window will fix it. Can you help identify which hardware set I need? thanks, Caleb ... (cont.)

Problem is upper linkage arm that secures window to frame. The "double hole buffer" washer broke (picture attached) fell to floor. Window came untered from frame and now unsecured at top.Got it closed locked and secure. Need replcement hardware.
