I'm looking for this replacement part. It's in a beach location so stainless would be best but any replacement will do. I see you have the 5" arm but I don?t see the 4 1/2" arm. If you can?t get me the one I need can I make the 5" arm work some how?

I have a truth entry guard operator that needs to be replaced. I also need to replace the clip stud bracket however the one that is attached to the bottom of the window is flat and does not have an angle. Would you have replacements for this also?

I have a window without any operator. On the remaining hardware, it is printed "Ashland 7D698P".

The screws holding the housing to the window frame have rusted off and are rusted into the housing. I am unable to remove them without striping the housing threads. I need the entire crank with housing, crank and gears.

We are requesting the piece that connects the window to the hinge. We also would need the little pin that goes with it. A attached are a couple of pictures to where this piece goes to. The Simonton window number (which is discontinued) is: DMRH LEAR C0007 or 0856512/02 (not sure which one you ne ... (cont.)

The stud broke off my existing bracket. The bracket is 2 3/4" x 1/2" with three screws in a line with the stud at the end. Do you have this part?

I made an order with you in April of 2013. This was for a window crank, 39-031 and 39-032. I own a hotel and for some reason someone needed the bracket that the crank snaps into on the under part of the window. Let me know if you need more information to help find this. Thanks Gregg ... (cont.)
