The arms appear bent and the pins appear to be worn out. Can I get a whole new assembly? In one picture you can see where the arms are moving upward when they are cranked to the shut position and rubbing against the weather stripping.

This piece has 31911 stamped on the bottom. The pin broke off and we need to replace it. I am sure we will need more as well. All the new housing on UW campus has this hardware. Thank you.

Looking to replace this mechanism. It is from a truth window I believe. I don't know when the window was installed... it is hinged on the left when you are looking out the window from the inside. Hope you can help...

I hope you have the stud bracket (not sure if this is the name). It is for item no# 39-187 The flat plate it has 2 holes on the left & right. The original is missing.

The clip that goes on the window sash for the short arm. I don't know what happened it's the one with the two screws that goes under the bottom of the window in the corner

Hi I have a stud bracket on this old Certainteed casement window that has rusted.I see on your sight you have a stud bracket 39-508. Do you think I could get this to work if I cut away whats rusted and replace with this?Maybe you have a better option for me.Thank You Peter

I need two of those. Truth, made in USA US patent # 4505601 I also need the part that it hooks up to on the corner of the window. One of those.

I also have a window that has Ashland printed on the window. The cranks are broke on all the windows. I cannot find one the looks or matches any numbers. i did however find the stud bracket that matches. #39-508. still need to find the crank though , any assistance would be greatly appreciated. as ... I need to replace the operators on a few of my casement windows. I've attached pictures of the current operator, which says 'roto' on the bottom.
