I'm trying to identify the parts needed to replace the opening mechanisms fore these windows. Some will need need replacement of the tracks under the window (where the opening arm/wheel fits into), but I do not have a picture of the track.

I need to replace this right hand closure mechanism. It has apart number 40372 with 3 arms( part #s 20810, 30842R, and 30472 RH) with the bracket that attaches to the window (part # 20545).I also will need (2) 38-079 latch keepers and (2) 39-107 covers. Thank youMike

My question is, if the short arm is in fact 5 1/4" in length, will the 39-031 work? If so, I would just order it and take off the old one and put on the new one at the same time.

Greetings! I'm trying to repair a Crestline Casement Window that was probably installed in the mid-late 1980s. The glass dimensions are 24" wide by 42" tall. One arm is labelled "Entry Gard Truth". Dual Arm Operators off Crestline encasement Windows. Need right and left window operators for replacements. Possibly Eight left and Eight right dual arm operators. Entry Guard TRUTH is stamped on the long arm. 20810 is stamped on the shorter arm . 40471 is stamped into the mounting plate. I am not sure which parts to measure (I don't know the names of specific parts). The problem is that the gear teeth have worn down on the gear that makes contact with the ... (cont.)
