I need a replacement piece for my operator.Thelong chrome piece measures 12in. the numbers on one end of chrome piece are 40301. I need direction on how to proceed to order the replacement piece.

Looking for a sash bracket for weathershield casment. I didnt see one that matches in your bracket section. The window has a Truth crank arm with a stamped part number 45136. If that helps any. Thank you for your valuable time!

The crank assembly in pic 5705 will open but not close the window. When attempting to close, the handle screws out. The other photos are of the mitered lower trim pieces on the window exterior. The photos are of 2 different sized windows.

We are looking to replace our window parts: The left hinges are labeled 40942 The right hinges are labeled 40941 or 30744 Both are 10 inches across, with a 5.5, 5 and 3 inch opener. We need: 10 of 40941 7 40942 Do you have these parts?

Die cast handle broke. Realized the iperator is pretty rusty as well. Ant find anything like this. Would like to replace the handle and operator. Handle appears to be a rear mount. Sorry about the dirty window. Window is most likely 25+ years old.

Hello, Looking for a replacement of the attached photos. Left casement window. Cranks left to open and right to close. Two attachment holes are 5 inches apart. I believe the widow is a Harvey window dimensions approx. 20 inches wide and 40 inches long. Thanks in advance.

5 inch arm with piece that screws to bottom of window. Is handle sold separately? Come to think of it, it appears I have the gear and arm upside down. 10 inch hinge on bottom of window.
