40-049 Complete Mortise Lockset, Brass

Need this or a current version.

I should have taken photo before disassembly. Painting door, and hoping to replace Lockset, handle, etc. (Thought it would be easy!) Nickel finish would be best but brass would do. I don't nrcessarily care if it has exterior key lock so long as I can lock from inside

looking for the whole door lock assembly, The label on the door is gone and I have no idea what kind of door it is

This "Wright" lockset was on a Larson door. Do you have one to match?

I think 40-049 looks like the replacement. most of the size match up, some off be 1/16 -1/8 off. It could be my measurements. Is this the replacement? No markings on handle, 25 years old lock set.

The Armaclad storm door in the photo I've uploaded does not open. The handle moves up and down. The bolt seems decoupled from the handle mechanism. The small lock in the picture is not used, i.e., door is not locked. Where do I find the part number given the circumstance or are you able to discern ... (cont.)

Hello Live in L.A. A local storm/security door maker (HIMCO) seemed to use what looked like custom locksets (HIMCO stamped on faceplate). Functionally, it looks the same as the 40-049 (mortised handle and deadbolt set). But the faceplate length and mounting screw locations differ. I don't see ... (cont.)

I have a locking outside patio door. The handle fell off. I need to replace it.

Papaiz 323 is marked on the lock. please note the inter nob is flush with jam and is 1/2" from center. Typical Replacement from Home Depot extends to far out to side to turn.
