40-049 Complete Mortise Lockset, Brass

How long is the shaft on the handle of the 049 ? I have a 1.5 thick door and that shaft length looks like the limiting factor as to making the set work.

I'm needing to replace this door handle. It looks like it was installed upside-down. Should not the the EMTEK be on time top. The dead bolt needs to be on top no? Or was it done incorrectly in the first place.

This might be a shot in the dark & definitely many years too late; but does anyone know what type key the Emtek 322 took? I know its discontinued, but I can't find info on the key anywhere, & am (perhaps foolishly) trying to get new keys cut for the storm door that came with my house. Please forgi ... (cont.)

I don't know what brand of door this even is. But the handles are worn out. They are 7.5 x 9/16. I am hoping you have something that will fit by looking at the photos. Thanks for your help.

I just installed the 40-049 but I am having an issue with the key tumbler thumbturn. It seems to have a catch in it which causes it to be difficult to turn back to fully closed.This is on my mothers door and it is hard for her to open it.Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello, I need a replacement lock for this Papaiz storm door. I would like one that has a thumbturn on the inside, keyed one side. There is no information on what door it is, but the lock says Papaiz 4 and on the inside of the latch there is a number - 323. Thanks
