40-058 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set

We have a Sugar Creek Industries brand storm door. Door latch is broken - inside spring is broken so door does not catch. Door was installed in 2003. Its Bright Brass color and metal. We need a replacement door latch.

I have 3 doors right next to each other, 2 are LH 1 is RH, while th handle can be used, 2 of them point down 1 points up. Isn't there a way to rectify this?

I believe this door was 1 1/2 " thickWhat replacement is there for Handel and latch shown.?

I have a Cole Sewell (registration # 06039694673 273) which has a door handle system that is worn out. I am wondering if you sell a replacement handle that would fit this door.
