Need replacement storm door black push opener. The back of the mounting piece (on the silver ring ) says "DBL 1200 on it. And it also says Wartin Co by the handle. It's a heavy little piece.

I’ve searched for this exact latch and I can't locate it anywhere. It is for my pool enclosure aluminum door which is an out swing. I’ve tried various other latches and they don't work, as in they don't extend far enough to latch. So baffled! Any help would be appreciated. ... (cont.)
