Im looking for a replacement pivot shoe for a dove window. Looks likes its 17/32" thick by 1-1/4" wide by 1" high. The ones that look like it are 1/2" thick (15-111 and 15-191) will those work? or is there one thats 17/32 thick I can use?

Hello, I am a landlord in Jersey city. These parts are in windows that were installed about 10-12 years ago in a building I just purchased. Can you help identify these as I need to do repairs on numerous windows.

How do I identify my specific Acan window? The windows balance/ballast mechanism is broken and there is nothing to hold it up. Other windows in my home are very difficult to open. Not sure what model it is. One spring has a 3 and one has a 4. Window weighs about 14 pounds. I just bought this house on dec 5th 2013 and have 2 windows that won't work properly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have windows made by Bonneville windows out of Canada. I have included a picture of the balance shoe. The one on the left is the broken one. The one on the right looks like your 15-111 shoe. Looking for "coil springs" for a simonton double hung window. The coil fits in a 1" channel and is 4" tall. Dont know the series,,,but they were built in 1999.. Thanks... Jeff
