Good Afternoon. We operate a 90 unit Senior Housing complex in Dover, NJ. We have Acan Series 550 windows. (550-VH1-000-Fscr and 550-VH2-000-000 Fscr). We are told that this part is a Coil Spring Balance. Can you please help identify and advise to the availability.

Your S160-3 coil balance and 15-111 pivot shoe are identical to the appearance and specifications of my damaged parts except they are 1.25 inches wide. Mine are 1.0 inch wide. Do you carry parts in this width and if not do you know where they can be found?

I currently have a double coil spring balance on each side of my windows that are 1/2 inch wide. Can I replace them with a single coil balance on each side? The windows being held up are 45 W X 28 H. I have Norandex Dimension 1 Series windows from 2000. I need to replace the some balancers. Actually the springs & shoes are in good shape for most of them, my problem is that the plastic cover has become very brittle and is breaking off anytime you raise/lower the window. there are 2 or 3 coils each side 2 screws 1 plastic cover/coil holder 1 pivot shoe shoe are rusted and i tried to put coils back into position and they would drop below the coil holder cover when trying the window as seen in the photo

I have several windows that have broken sash pivot bars. I also have one window with a broken coil and another window that has too light of a coil causing the window to slide down. I am searching for the LH spring assembly for a double-hung Simonton window. The part number on the broken spring is: #4.0 35" P. Hopefully this is adequate nomenclature to get us headed in the right direction? Thanks.

The window I am working 0on has 2 springs that both attach to what appears to be your 15-150D standard support. One mounted directly above the other. I cannot find any identifying marks on any of the hardware, I had to cut the vinyl to remove these parts. The window sash weighs 15 pounds, is 32 inches wide and 26 inches high. I believe that boths springs run in the same track. HELP
