Need to replace double coil balances in customer's windows that have no identifying marks or window manufacturer. white case is 3" white case w/ black block 3 1/2" twist lock receiver 1" channel depth is 9/16" channel width is 1 1/4"

Hi there, We need some help identifying which coil system is needed for this window. The coil part are missing from both sides of the window. Please help me identify replacement parts or direct me on what to measure for replacement parts! Thank you so much, Tanya

I cannot find any identifying marks on any of the hardware, I had to cut the vinyl to remove these parts. The window sash weighs 15 pounds, is 32 inches wide and 26 inches high. I believe that boths springs run in the same track. HELP

I have this vinyl window and the bottom sash will not stay up. It looks like both coil springs are broken. This sticker is on the edge of the sash. Any idea what size or type of parts I will need?

We need a replacement part for a window coil balance. Part #120396 or Part #060297(N 4 5 33"). The window brand is Simonton.

Vinyl frame tilt in double hung, approximately 20 years old. Left side appears to have broken spring. Right side appears to be just unhooked from sash. I cant see any name or numbers on any parts or entire window. 4 different windows in this apartment appear to be in the same condition. After ... (cont.)

I think may be part a Series 160 because it is .5 inches wide and has the same type of connector tab that connects to the window slide block as my broken one. I can't find anything though that tells me what weight they are. I have some pictures and measurements. I'll probably need about 14 coils. ... (cont.)

These are White Vinyl Windows and the Side Latches which allow them to tile are breaking. I've also had some of the bottom rods to break. These rods protrude from the bottom of the window into the jamb to engage the spring mechanism to hold the window up. I can take more photos if needed. PRISM ... (cont.)

the height of the coil housing is *3 1/8" from the bottom screw to the top of the plastic guard. the window channel is approx. 1 3/8" wide x 9/16" deep. based on your formula, i believe these are 15 lb. balances.

I need to replace the balance in my Simonton Luminess windows. I've included a picture of a working one and one that is missing the cover. I hope that is good enough.
