Need to replace this balance support that had (2) 5.5 coils in it

I believe it is a simonton window, but all stickers had been removed at some point. Thanks in advance!!!

the unit is approx 1 and 1/2 " wide and from top of upper coil to bottom of lower coil is approx 2 and 3/4" high

Please verify. I measure L 1 1/2(rough) W 1/2 and H 1"

Need replacement parts for perfectly good window! New in 2000 Not sure of the coil weight - it is silver Also seeking replacement sealer on bottom of sash.

1)What is the parts# for the pivot bar(L shape yet Internet often shows T shape), pivot lock shoe? 2)how the shoe is connected to the spring balance? 3)How to replace the shoe as no cutting slots for this window. Both shoe is stuck and I forgot to turn it 90deg to loose it. Window is 35x48.5" sash w ... (cont.)

Is this a sellf braking pivot shoe that has no lift mechanism? There doesn't appear to be a lift mechanism in there but they won't stay up.

Simonton windows, looking for the correct balancers to replace these. Windows very difficult to raise, or won't stay up. Right side looks different than left side.

Good morning. The Patent number on the pivot foot is 4,610,108 but there is no number on the coil spring cover. I do not have pictures of it installed but could get that if necessary.

I'm a builder/developer/landlord in need of 2 coil counter balances for a vinyl window, 2 stops (? - is that what they're called), 2 pair of the toe tabs (at the top of the sash enabling the sash removal). I also need the same nsulation strip that run along the side of the window in the track ... (cont.)

I attached the label of my window and the parts I need. One is the plastic latch and the second piece is the pivot shoe. I think this is the name. I contacted a a wondow store but they could not find the parts. Where may I find these parts? Thank you. Eduardo

Please see attached shoe. It measures 1" tall, 1 1/4 wide, 9/16 thickness. I have a possible ID, 15-208, but the height is not 1 1/4....any other shoe? Thanks for all your help. Thanks Beth, Dayton Glass

Printed on coil I think can read #35 33" the width is 1/2 inch, tongue is 7 mm, the hole is 9mm I think this is a Jeld Wen window purchased in 2017. No stickers or identifying information on window or glass.
