It looks like the springs on both sides of the window are broken. The channel is 1.25" wide. I didn't get a picture still installed(at our cabin, but could get them later if absolutely needed) The window sash is 28.5" wide. I haven't weighed them, but they are a small bedroom window. Hello - I have a double-hung Simonton with a 1999 mfg. date that has a broken spring balance on one side. Can you provide a recommendation on parts to replace?

Looking to replace coil balance and pivot shoe, but unsure what parts are compatible. Seems like this particular setup is either discontinued, or just hard to find.

I am looking for replacement pivot lock shoes for my 1996 Simonton white vinyl window. The attached photos of my original lock shoe shows the top length is 1 1/4", the height is 1", and the width is 1/2". For residential tilting windows by ACAN. Installed in year 2000. I need two of each.

Looks like a 3-in white plastic housing with two screws one of the center one at the bottom that hold the metal bands that come down to the part that attaches to the bottom of the window allowing it to pivot

i watched your replacement video and that looks exactly like what my window needs. From what i can tell i need to order the series 140 balance system both right and left side. Hi, several of my windows do not stay up and I cannot find any markings on the existing ones. I have attached 2 pics of what is in the tracks. There is one on each side of the window. Please help me in what I need and how to replace them. thank you

Balancers on both sides are broken. Removed parts, there are no markings or part numbers. Sash weighs 22 lbs and is 28 inches high.

Looking to replace several of these balances. Measurements in pictures. 3 1/8" long by 1 1/4" wide at widest part (tabs). 2 screws. Removable rubber piece at bottom. Need coils as well. Double hung windows. Sticker on window frame is in pictures.
