Hello, looking for some Siminton window parts, balancers, shoes, and tilt latchs. windows where installed in 1999

I would like to replace both sides of my entire window hardware. Window will not stay open. I uploaded pictures of what I currently have and want to replace. Notice the right side has two coils on the bottom. One has broken away from the piece. The space for the coils are approximately 1 1/2 inche ... (cont.)

You maybe able to see the parts number from the pics I uploaded. 2 Coils came out of left side of sash. 1 coil stamped OMEGA #3, 5, 33 the 2 coil markings were unreadable. The housing for the coil had markings, Patent 4,610,108 on the side and either a 6 or 9 on the backside. Depending if looking at ... (cont.)

I need some help on how to determine what parts I need to replace my coil balancer as well as the sash clips that keep the window in the track located at the top of each window.

Hi, The window in the pictures I included won't stay up when opened, and falls out of its track. Which parts do I need to order to fix that? Thanks!

Need help in identifying and ordering new coil springs. Image #2564 says #4, 5-33". Image#2563 says USA PAT 5232208. Image #2562 says OMEGA #4, 5-33". Images #2560 is the shoe. Image #2558 shows where two springs are housed.

All the sash pivots, all the coil spring balances and the upper latches I've included pictures. it doesn't look like The old sash balances will come out of the tracks without cutting into the vinyl? I have 4 broken windows sashes. I am looking for replacement parts.

Looking to replace either just the broken coil or all the parts. the broken coil has these numbers:5232208 to the left of where it broke and then as you can see in the photo it appears to read #9.0 35" P. I think I should replace the shoe, which I have in the "cart" already.
