15-118 Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick

I measured the channel depth to be 9/16. I assume 15-118 is the right size. I want know if I should buy one size smaller, perhaps 15-015

Attached is two photos of the Pivot Lock Shoes (one is functional, the other one is shown as broken). The measured size is 2 3/8 inches high x 1 1/8" wide. I hope this information is helpful. Bottom vinyl sash tilt window does not stay open when lifted. It has dual hung 5/8" swirl balance tubes that resemble your series 600. Trying to find tilt balance shoe that has an upside down U shape pivot bar notch. Dimensions are roughly 1 1/4" x 1/2" x 2"

Bottom of the window bracket where you slide in the pin from the window into the sash balance, the bottom of the sash balance is broken as you can see in the picture.

This Pivot Shoe is from a Tech Weld replacement window I installed in 1993. The Pivot Shoe is 2 5/16" long; 1 3/16" wide and 9/16" deep. I would like to get 3 or 4 pivot shoes, if possible

I very carefully measured the original pivot shoe and ordered replacement 15-046 Pivot-Shoe-1_2-inch-Thick/pd/Tilt-Window-Replacement-Pivot-Lock-Shoes/15-046. Hello, I think the measurement on this is 2 high x 1.25 wide by .5 deep. It looks most like the 15-046 but as you can see the center is blue. Do you know what pivot this is? I already bought some 15-154 but now see that my pivot does not have the blue part recessed. Thank you, Will ... (cont.)
