Tilt Window Pivot Shoe
Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick Product Code: 15-118 I believe this is the right part, can you please confirm? See attached image. The pivot shoe is 2 1/8 x 9/16 x 1 1/4 (although it is more like 1 5/16). Mine have a screw that holds in the spiral balance. Can I order those from you as well? ... (cont.)

Pivot Lock shoe replacement for tilt out dual hung windows
I am trying to order 3 pivot lock shoe replacements for my double hung tilt out vinyl dual pane windows. The originals are 3/4" Thick, 1-13/16" long, 1-1/4" wide. The slot in the cam is 3/16" tall by 5/16" wide with no tooth. The nearest I can find is your part no.15-119 but the slot in the cam ... (cont.)

Pivot Shoe Replacement for Model 1800 Patriot Windows
I looking to find the proper pivot shoe replacement for my Model 1800 Patroit Windows that were installed in Dec 1997. I The replacement pivot shoe looks similar to your 15-118. Could you possible provide the part number so I can place an order. Thanks, Richard

200/574 Pivot Shoes
I have old tilt windows and need pivot shoes for the top tilt windows. I did replace the pivots on the bottom window with 15-118 pivots. would the top pivots be the same? I have a broken pivot from the top window it has 200/574 on it and a 4. thanks

Pivot Shoe Help
I have several windows where the pivot shoes have broken and the spiral balance has come detached from the shoe. I have attached a few pictures. I cannot seem to find a replacement shoe with that matches the existing. the existing has a screw in the shoe to help keep the balance attached. I have ... (cont.)

Cam Color vs Number of Teeth
I have windows of unknown manufacture, and the tilt-lock shoes have shattered (where the balance hooks in). They have a TEAL cam (like #15-015) but have 3 teeth (like #15-118). Which one is more important. Size is too close to measure.
