Spring assembly with shoes. Hard to read numbers but think it says 40 9 bsi vb or v6. Measurements in photos

An old tilt window needs a lot of the little parts replaced. We know the spiral balance we need (red tip 26"), but aren't sure about the pivot shoes and internal latches. The Pivot Shoes we have (see photo) have a gray/black plug/disk thing but seems to be 1/2". Are we best off ordering the black 5/ ... (cont.)

Hello,I can not find the name of these windows. The spiral balances look like they are 1/2" thick.The pivot lock shoe(?) is broken on a couple of the windows.Some of the windows will not stay up.Thank you, Joe

Attached is a photo of a pivot shoe in my window. I need a replacement. The channel opening depth is 9/16" and the best I could tell there is a slight gap, maybe 1/8" between the back of the shoe and the plastic channel. Can you tell me which shoe to get?

These pivots have cracked over the years from age and air conditioner vibrations. I need 8 of these shoes.

I think the measurements are 1 1/4 wide. 1/2 or 9/16 thick. 21/8 high. Round cam is 1/2 diameter center slot 5/16 by 1/2 cut out . Maybe part 15-046. Or. 15-129

I am looking for parts for old ALCAN aluminum double hung windows: Do you have the little plastic trolleys that slide up and down in the side rail? Those parts hold the sash pivot at the bottom and the balance rod. Thank you, Gilles

Need to order pivot shoes and spiral balances. I have identified the balances but a little unsure about the pivot shoe. There is a number stamped on one of the old ones 590C. Can you identify it by this? It appears to be 9/16 and the one I'm leaning toward is part number 15-118. Any expertise is app ... (cont.)

Showcase window. Spiral tilt window balance black - parts spring is 24" length and 1/2" diameter.

There is no brand tag on these windows. The factory put the spiral balances into the center slot, which is the weakest option. That pinched of the angle slots down, so I guess we'll change out the shoes. This looked exactly like a Great Lakes s shoe from my stock, but I don't find this one in your ... (cont.)
