Spiral balance shoe with white cam with red brake 9/16" thick 2" tall for 6100 series Simonton tilt window

Pivot bars corroded & broke off in shoe Need four pivot bars and two pivot soes

Pictured is the 27HD that measures 28" x 9/16 x 1/2 with the window weight of 19 lbs. I also have 31HD that measures 31 15/16 x 9/16 x 1/2. the windows are double channeling and the places I've researched have said they are no longer avail.

This picture shows the pivot pin from the lower sash and it looks to be stamped out to me. I measure it at 2 ½ inches in length, with a screw hole at 1 1/8 or 1 1/16 from the working end that inserts into the pivot shoe. The pin is 5/16 in width and 3/16 in height. 2 inches long 1 1/4 inches wide less than 5/8 thick

I need to cut the top of the window side rail to remove the shoe to get a picture uninstalled. Did not want to do that until I identify replacement parts. I need to know which part would work for this window. I will also need to order re tipped spiral balances. Thanks for your help ... (cont.)

Is it possible to replace these guides where the spiral balance attaches to? If so, do you carry them?

15-121 I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PIVOT SHOE THS WINDOW IS REALLY HEAVY KEEPS WEARING OUT THE SHOE IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN USE THAT WILL TAKE THE WEIGHT THANK YOU
