Has become VERY hard to either raise or lower. Marked as 550C. Size is 2.272 H 1.250 W and. .555 D. Has cut some plastic strings where shoe brake pressed,but are minor & should not be a problem. In 1994 manufacture home.

The assemblies to hold the cord are busted. The window is like a guilotine, however it can pivot on the busted hardware, but the cords are retracted. They can't seat in the busted hardware. There is a red tab at bottom, 2" tall, 1 1/4 with inside slide, thickness of hardware, just under 1/4 inch. ... (cont.)

I am trying to determine which pivot shoes I should purchase. The dimensions are 9/16' thick and 2" high x 1 1/4" wide. The main window hardware I want to replace is 36" x 66", so it is pretty heavy, and has a 30" spiral balance with the blue tip. This is the first window to fail so I would like to ... (cont.)

This is at my daughter's newly purchased house (built in 1928), so I am not onsite to look further, until I return. There are five windows that the lower sash falls. Spiral balancer is 29 inches long, 3/8 inch diameter and the foot is 2 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide and 9/16 in height. There are no markings and no color code on the balancer. The weight of the window is about 22 lbs. Thank you.

I am restoring my windows back to something like original; The spiral balancers are 9/16 in diameter with the upper sash being 32" long with a red tip, and the lower being 38" long with an orange tip (I dont see orange as an option). This is a large single hung window. Moveable sash is 39 x 44. It is a Certain Teed vinyl window made about 1995. It is a spiral balance system. Pictures of the pivot shoes are attached. The dimensions of the pivot shoe are 2 1/8" High, x 1 1/4" wide x 5/8" deep. What pivot shoe part number wo ... (cont.)

No identifiable markings, any thoughts on where I might be able to find something? The track depth measures 5/8". The shoe depth is 9/16". Shoe Width is 1.25". Shoe Height is 2 3/16". Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, I need a new pivot lock shoe for an older Patriot double hung vinyl window , please see picture. I didn't want to disturb window so I didn't remove part. I am hoping you could match from picture

The window shoe(black piece?) came out with the window and now wont go back in. I cant lift the keeper mechanism (red piece ?) up enough to insert the shoe. Attached are pics.

What pivot pin do I need for the following shoe?: 15-121 Pivot shoe The pins are rusted and busted.....and are "U" shaped...... I'm uncertain as to whether your 26-415 or 26-360 pivot pins will be accomodated in the 15-121 shoe (and don't see "U" shaped pivot pins on you web site. ... (cont.)

I see no numbers or other markings on the parts. JPG366 shows one of our problems. the plastic part that the metal stub on the window goes into is broken on a couple of the windows. Hello, My Shoe appears to be approx. 1 1/4" in width and 5/8" in depth with a 2 1/8 height. I did not take it out yet, but I was wondering if this style/color jumps out at you for a proper ID? Thanks, Frank

Attached are 5 pics, 2 shoe 3 balance. Tubes are 5/8 blue tip, plastic tube destroyed, my guess 29 inch long. 3 windows all the same. Need a pair for each window.

Very little is known about the part we're looking for. The only number on it is 796. I've included a picture of the only label found on the window. Dimensions 9/16"×1 1/4"×2". Are you able to help me with this part or one that will work in its place?

I measured (many times) the Traco pivot shoe with a precision caliper and I think that the 15-121 is the closest fit in size. I am replacing the spiral tilt window balancers with S600-22. I also considered the 15-173 since it looks similar to mine but the width is too short (31/32"). I also consid ... (cont.)
