I have ordered parts from you in years past, if your records go back a few years. Order #586110 is the only one I can find. The lines in the image with the 3 components are 1/4".The pivot shoes I ordered were 15-067, but that is a 9/16" thick and the one I have on hand from Swisco is 5/8", so perhap ... (cont.)

This piece measures 2 3/16x1 1/4x9/16

I was trying to re-install the top part of the window and in doing so I inadvertently pulled out the "pivot locks" on both sides of the windows. How do you re-install these locks? Do I need replacement parts now?

Hello, Thanks for your assistance in locating this replacement part. The window will not stay up. I have determined that the window will not stay up because the window balance shoe is broken and cannot attach to the window. The shoe is also missing the blue bushing. This apparently is part of a pivot for a single hung tilt sash window. the top of the part attaches to the bottom of the spiral lift and the bottom looks to have broken from the rest of the pivot at the bottom of the sash. I need 2. Is there a left and right or both sides the same9/16 x 2 x 1 1/4 with lock

The first photo is Pivot Lock Shoes for the double hung window.The second photo is sash balance: the length of the vinyl tube is 32".

I need 2 pivot shoes for now to see if they will correct window problem.If they work I will need more. Also, may need 21.5 inch blue tip spiral balances in the future. Also,I need (one) spiral balance tool 75-006.

Trying to identify this pivot shoe installed in a tilt window. The window has spiral balances which are 31" long, 5/8" diameter, with a black tip. Hello, Many of my Pivot Bars have rusted out and broken off. I think most of my Pivot Shoes are okay - if I can get the rusted pivot bars out of them. I am working on a home that is about ready to close. One of the items on the inspection report was repair/replace windows that will not stay open (fire code related). I have 8 aluminum windows in 3 sizes with the red-tipped spiral balances. The red tip (I believe called bushings) are pretty much bro ... (cont.)

I cant find any names but each bracket us numbered one 1 two 3s and ond five. I belive it is the part that holds the window in place and keep the top one from falling in on the other.

I purchased item number 15-047 thinking it was a good replacement for this part. I haven't tried it out yet because I have to purchase the jam tool to get the old one out. I was just wondering if you think the part I bought is a good replacement or if you can find the exact one that is in my windo ... (cont.)
