15-121 Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick

the window wont stay up and it the spiral thing wont hold in the pastic piece since it is cracked. 6 of the windows in the house are like this so we would like to order several replacements.

Looking to replace channel balance Length- 28 inches (metal frame only) I believe it's type 770. Markings are -0B. ???? DB 27-7. I have ten windows in my home with Boreal windows which I think is a line from VinylTech. They are about 22 years old and many of these plastic pivot shoes have failed. They have split at the bottom and now the cams pull out when the windows are lowered.

Hi, I need 2 of these pivot lock shoes because the bottom portion that holds the round/white turning piece has cracked. Measurements are: 55 mm high x 31mm wide x 15mm deep. I don't see any that matches exactly. Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi, need your help with replacement shoes. Shoe measurements are 2-3/16" long x 1-1/4" wide x 19/32" thick. Cam rectangular opening for window pin is 3/16" x 5/16". Spring catch accepts the first of 2 pins through spring bar. Can't see any names, numbers or markings on shoes, springs or win ... (cont.)
