Help installing the 57-102 clip
Hi, I'm installing a new pane using the 57-102 clips, and have an orientation question. The window I'm repairing didn't have a consistent orientation, so I'm not sure the correct one. Is the attached photo showing the correct orientation or is it upside down? Even on the web, orientation is mixed. T ... (cont.)

Do you sell the springs, what do they look like, and how are they placed to secure the pane of glass? ... (cont.)

Using silicone caulking before using glazing
I have metal window frames and I would like to know if it would be better to use a silicone caulking to set the window in place then use the traditional glazing on the opposite side.

57-102 in regards to frame expansion and shrinking
Will these clips also help with the expansion & shrinking of the metal frame due to heating and cooling in day/night? My windows cracked after a few days when I last replaced them.
