I now need the shoe, and each balance assembly for this window - there are 3 parts: shoe on the bottom - and 2 coils on the top that both screwed into the side to secure. Can't find any info on window. Right side balce snapped and will need to replace left and right. The bottom portion seems to be 1-1/4 wide by 9/16 deep by 1-1/4 high. I am seeking replacement balances for two Window World AMI Series 6000 double hung windows that were installed in my house in 2011. The SN is 11-085588, which is attached as a photo. I also attached the broken parts.

Do tou know where I can get a couple replacements.

Double hung window, brand unknown. 44 in. wide, 29 in. tall. Each sash weighs 32 lbs. Double coils each side, 1/2 inch wide, brass color. No numbers of any sort on coils. House built in 1991. A 7 is stamped on the coil. Alside windows

One coil on my ViWinTech window broke. The window is about 20" wide. The only markings are on the coil itself. There's a "D" stamped into the coil. The shoes and other hardware all seem to be fine. I have a window from approximately 2000 where both the metal part of the pivot and the coil are broken. There does not appear to be a natural cut out to slide these out to get pictures.
