Looking for this pivot and the return spring setup

Hi, I need to replace the coil balance and pivot shoe for the lower sash on a double hung window. I can't find any identifying numbers. The coil metal band is exactly 1/2 inches wide. (As you can see, it looks like a double coil system on each side of the window.) As far as I can tell, the window sl ... (cont.)

Is there a coil housing that goes with this shoe? My current housing is 1.5" tall by 1.25" wide

The spring has the letters CL stamped on it. The post is 3 1/8" long. I need 4 complete units. Or an equivalent substitute.

While washing my windows, these parts in the frame channel broke. I am having a hard time finding a piece that looks like mine.

These windows use 26-466 Pivot Bar, 2-1/4" and 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue but can not find the coil spring holders. I have ordered the above from you folks and they work great but can not find the coil spring holders. thanks Henry

Having issues identifying these windows. Attached are the pictures of the serial numbers and possible models. Any help would be appreciated. Mike

Hi. Looking for parts to replace entire coil balancer system. I have included several pics. Pic #1000014969 shows the coil housing/keeper but I believe there were 2 of them (I see 2x keepers on the other sash). We have had the original window company service theses 2x since they were installed in ... (cont.)

The cam is busted so I need a replacement shoe. I added a pic of the coil also as it screws into the shoe. I have an Alside window model 02a0.

My springs are shot. The window width is 37" and weighs 23 lbs. I see no identifying numbers on the springs. Looking for coiled springs and pivot shoes. The shoe measures 1 3/8H x 1 3/16W and is 9/16 thick. Can you identify the parts? Thanks!

Hi. I need 4 coil balances and shoes for my double hung windows. The sash weighs 22 pounds. I can't find a marking that tells me what manufacturer I have. Not sure how to figure out what exactly to order. Thanks for your help.
