15-144 Coil Bushing Cap

One coil on my ViWinTech window broke. The window is about 20" wide. The only markings are on the coil itself. There's a "D" stamped into the coil. The shoes and other hardware all seem to be fine. I plan to replace both coils. Last time this happened I ordered a 8 lb Series 152 Coil Balance, but th ... (cont.)

Looking to order this replacement. There are no numbers or words on the part.

I have a window from approximately 2000 where both the metal part of the pivot and the coil are broken. There does not appear to be a natural cut out to slide these out to get pictures.

Could you help me to identify what's the right type of coil balance spring and shoes I need to order to replace my current broken spring? it's a double hung amerimax window wv4900DH type, do you need me to get a weight of window? Thanks dehua

Sirs , I'm trying to find something that will repair some replacement windows , broken springs and sliders , anything that might work . The tilt in double hung windows are about 20" tall and weight about 10 lbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, There are 2 coils on each side of the sash(Double hang windows). I can't find the weight and type on the broken coils. The only information I can give you is the broken coil is 1/2'' wide and the sash is 14 pounds and the dimension is 26'' x 26''. I would appreciate it if you could help me ... (cont.)

No serial numbers or markings found on windows or parts except for the 6 or 9 on the coil. Alside windows.

Shoe and coil support are both 1 1/4" wide. shoe is 1 1/2" tall. coil support is 1 3/8" tall. coil is 1/2". Window weighs 18 lbs. Window size is 25 1/2" wide x 26 1/2" high. Lower window. Double hung unit.Tilt.

I got suckered in buying Champion windows. They do now follow through with their warrenty. They don't even answer. Have to fix it myself. I have a #5 on the plastic cover and a #10K on the spring roll. Is there a cross part# I can order?
