Coil balance and shoes replacement. The coils do not latch in place on the shoe

I had the brilliant idea of cleaning my windows today and I cracked that little silver piece that the pivot bar goes into. (I should have just gone snowboarding today instead) I do not know who manufactured these windows but the tag on the window reads S/N 113-703741 with what appears to be the wind ... (cont.)

Need help identifying what balance and shoe I need

I have a number of shoe balances that are broken in that I cannot attach the sash to them. This is causing a guillotine effect for a few windows. I need help identifying them. They are all the same as the attached photos.

Window doesn't stay up. Needs the same part.

I need some information on how to order these parts for the window.The window sash weighs 14 pounds and I would like to order both sides of the window side Coil and top and bottom pieces.

hello,my double hung window has a broken balance coil, not sure about the shoe.Windows got installed by Sears back in 2018, they appear to be Aiside windows.The weight of the sash is 13 lbs

looking to replace the whole setup, coils, bushings, shoes, etc. as well as the tilt latches for the top of the sash. coils have 7K printed on them and are 1/2" wide. I believe it is the 7lb series 152, but want to confirm, as well as the rest of the parts i will need. thanks!

Good afternoon, We are looking to identify the pictured window parts needed to repair a few windows here at Greene Meadow Apartments. The only number visible is on the coil and it says "5 K". We can't find any numbers on the window itself either. Any help is appreciated.
