I need a lot of the these springs. They are for a 250 unit apartment complex and can't find them anywhere.

Not sure what kind of windows I have as I cannot find any sort of name on them anywhere. Only thing I found on one window is a sticker saying"134066 Bot Sash" and on another window "F-67516". Please see attached window parts that are broken, I need left and right to repair 6 windows. The pivot bar pivot pin has a U-shaped cam that's broken. It's a double coil with a number 5 on both coils, the metal coils are the only useable parts everything else is broken.
