My window has a broken spring in the left side track. One of the photos above shows a S/N and a Series. The track that the spring mounts into is 1-9/32" wide x 17/32" deep. Do you have replacement for this coil balancer ? We need 32 of them and 8 of the pivot bars.Jim

looking to see what you would have to replace this in a coil balance window. it is about 1 7/8" long and 9/16" wide.

What replacement Pivot Shoe Part Number do we require? Aluminum portion of Pivot Shoe is cracking/breaking preventing the Pivot Shoe from travelling up & down. We have tilt replacement windows. When I last opened the window a metal piece in the pivot lock shoe broke. It doesn't stay with the window any more. I have attached pictures but really can't find any documentation on the window or parts. They were installed prior to our ownership. ... (cont.)
