Window part
I think this part retains the spiral balance. As you can see it's missing on one side of the window. Do you have a replacement? Thanks for any advice!

45 year old single pane aluminum double hung windows
Thank you for already ID-ing the tensioners and knife shoe stops. Now I need two pivot posts and - if possible- rubber travel stops. The one in the pics is old and hard. Hope you can find something. Mike - contractor

Use of Yale stop
Hello, I have replaced some of my sash balances, and all is working well. I notice that if I push the window up too far, past the Yale stop, the sash balances become disengaged when I pull the window down again. I'm looking for a rubber piece that screws into the side track of a window that will prevent the window from opening the full height. It is for 2nd floor windows to prevent a child from falling out of an open window. The track is 3/4 " wide. Thank you

removing non-tilt windows
I watched your video on removing a non-tilt window sash, but... my 1978 windows do not have viewable take out clip. It only has, at the top, a screw in a little aluminum clip. Aluminum windows. parts needed to fix duble pane no tilt windows
Need to replace 29"/2820 and 19"/2810 Channel balances in a 1971 house. I think they are 370 series. Will need also sash tops, capitol lock, and the two pronged clip that holds balance from the top (which I did not find pictured anywhere). Please see attached pictures and advise. Thank you. ... Wider sash stop than the 59-001
I know you offer 59-001, it shows in the picture that the dimensions are 1" x 3/8" x approx 3". I've measured the sash stop from my windows, it measures 1 3/16" x 3/8" x approx 3", and the track it fits into measures 1 1/8".
