I am trying to determine which pivot shoes I should purchase. The dimensions are 9/16' thick and 2" high x 1 1/4" wide. Hello, New to us house. Double hung vinyl windows with no identifying name/brand. Several of the windows need this plastic part replaced that connect metal peg to spiral rod. I have a "Single Hung window" by IWC (apparently they don't make my windows anymore). Double-paned and tilt. I need the balance channel (pictured above). It measures at 32" long, 1/2" wide, 1/2 deep. In the last picture one can see 32C B.S.I stamped on the channel. Thank you!

The windows are Wenco Polyvinyl double hung windows, tilt sash. We have 90 of them total. We need the bottom tilt pins, the sash latch on the side of the frame, center window lock and the balancers.
