Hello, I'm looking for a replacement pivot shoe for the attached pictures. Can you help identify which part I should order. Thanks!

4891 has a K on it 4892 is blue 4893 is the working right side of the window that is broken 4894 is the broken side. Do you recommend replacinig both sides? The coil has an E on it. Thanks for reviewing this.

Hello - I would like to inquire if you have the parts shown here to replace the sash that won't rise. The springs on both sides are mangled, as shown. Is this boot the 15-177 ? The window weighs 23lbs. Thanks

The picture is of broken pieces of the pivot bars for my windows. They are about 3"and have no markings except for a little circle with a minus sign in the center and have two holes along the whole pin.These pins apparently are not strong enough material and they keep breaking. I am trying to fix the shoe. I bought the one in bag ( part 15-192)but it is the wrong thickness. I need only 1/2 inch. I thought it was correct because of the hoke on side to screw the coils to. Do you have another suggestion.

Is just the metal pivot replaceable. Several are broken and in need of replacement Windows are double hung s/n 127-272236 PL#004-036 Thanks Bret

Looks like a "6" but it's a double coil

I have a broken wind part, I have tried to glue it back together but have been very unsuccessful. Lower window recess measures 0.530 in thick x 1.465 in tall x 1.25 in wide.

I'm not sure of my window brand, but watching your companies videos and reading the associated information gave me confidence that you may be able to help. Do you think that your shoes be able to be used in this window

Need replacement pivot pin....fits your no. 15-177 coil balance shoe...screws are one inch apart center to center, and the pin is stamped with the no. 16.

Do you have anything that would replace these?
