I have 10 Alside Double Hung - Centurion windows with various issues. There are various sizes of windows but all are the same Brand and model. Also all were installed in 2004. I have two windows (side by side) that will not stay up. I do find it odd that both are failing at the same time. Anyway, I have included photos. The bands are 1/2" wide . The top band has "CL" and the bottom has "B" stamped. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My wife was cleaning the windows and broke the shoe, I broke the plastic cover taking it out! This is a Mezzo double hung window. This came off the right side as I look at the window from inside the house. The numbers on the coils 7E--7EL. Can you please help me. Thank you!!
