Hello, i was looking to fnd replacement parts for my Windows they are double hung. I would need to replace parts for 8 Windows. I don't have a brand names, or part number looks like ab early version of window world window the only thing i can do is measure the parts if need

Top coil has an F, and bottom coil has an E. I can't identify the kind of shoe I need. 1.25" wide, 9/16" thick

My wife was cleaning the windows and broke the shoe, I broke the plastic cover taking it out! This is a Mezzo double hung window. This came off the right side as I look at the window from inside the house. The numbers on the coils 7E--7EL. Can you please help me. Thank you!!

I have Alside Vinyl Replacement windows, they claim to have a lifetime warranty but they are not helpful. I have a bunch of pivot lock shoes which are broken, numerous pivot bars that are broken, and I REALLY want to fix these windows. The windows may be 09-01 model number. The coils are 5 lbs ... 4891 has a K on it 4892 is blue 4893 is the working right side of the window that is broken 4894 is the broken side. Do you recommend replacinig both sides? The coil has an E on it. Thanks for reviewing this.

Hello - I would like to inquire if you have the parts shown here to replace the sash that won't rise. The springs on both sides are mangled, as shown. Is this boot the 15-177 ? The window weighs 23lbs. Thanks

The picture is of broken pieces of the pivot bars for my windows. They are about 3"and have no markings except for a little circle with a minus sign in the center and have two holes along the whole pin.These pins apparently are not strong enough material and they keep breaking. I need some pivot bar ... (cont.)

I am trying to fix the shoe. I bought the one in bag ( part 15-192)but it is the wrong thickness. I need only 1/2 inch. I thought it was correct because of the hoke on side to screw the coils to. Do you have another suggestion.
