I believe this is a pella 250 series double hung window I am look for the assembly, coil and boot. For the one that is missing.

I have two windows (side by side) that will not stay up. I do find it odd that both are failing at the same time. Anyway, I have included photos. The bands are 1/2" wide . The top band has "CL" and the bottom has "B" stamped. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
