I have a window which is about 30x36 and this is a picture of the coil springs without the covers on. The window, when open just quickly drops down. I am curious because it seems like the center coils were never working in unison with the outer coils. As in they never fastened or connected with the ... (cont.)

I have trouble finding this pivot bar and do i need to change the coils cause the slider in the open position is hard to go up and down.

I need (2) of the window balnces shown in the pictures, on for each side of the sash. Thanks,

I recently ordered a pivot shoe and pivot bar. The shoe works perfect, in fact I need another for a different window, but the pivot bar didn't work. Hi I was cleaning my double hung windows and pulled the top window out and broke the pivot lock shoe? I haven't taken it out because I hurt my back when it came out trying to catch it. Can you tell me the part (s) I will need to fix it?

Recently have had to replace the double glazed glass in my 23+ YO Kohler windows. The window shoe is 9/16" thick, 1.125" wide, 1.375" tall. Pictures of the pin that engages the shoe are also attached. Can youo recommend the proper replacement part? Thanks, Jim

My window has a broken spring in the left side track. One of the photos above shows a S/N and a Series. The track that the spring mounts into is 1-9/32" wide x 17/32" deep. Both sides left and right tilt pivot shoes are broken and it has the coil flat wire about halfway up window the has a screw

Do you have replacement for this coil balancer ? We need 32 of them and 8 of the pivot bars.Jim
