15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue

I'm needing to replace a pivot shoe and the broken one looks just like your Product Code: 15-177 (except white). I just want to check, on the dimensions. I haven't removed the broken one yet so I haven't measured it but the channel that it fits in is 1.5" and I noticed the 15-177 only measures 1.25" ... (cont.)

looking to see what you would have to replace this in a coil balance window. it is about 1 7/8" long and 9/16" wide.

Looking to identify a replacement tilt lock. I'm 95% certain these are Alside windows and already cross referenced 15-177 shoes to fix other problem windows thanks to this site. I believe the windows are alsides. Looking for the replacement shoe per attached. Don't heed the spring top piece unless recommended.

What replacement Pivot Shoe Part Number do we require? Aluminum portion of Pivot Shoe is cracking/breaking preventing the Pivot Shoe from travelling up & down. I am trying to replace several broken window shoes but I can't find any markings on the broken shoe to indicate a part number. I can only find the letter C stamped on the spring. The window weighs 11 pounds with a bathroom scale. This is a window put out by Erie Construction, approximate year 2000.
