Bottom sash weatherstrip and coil balance shoe.I need 60 feet of bottoms/weatherstrip for soft lite vinyl replacement windows. I also need 10 coil balance shoes. I think it is part number 15177 blue slate. I will send pictures to identify and wait for your reply.

I could not find identifying numbers for these windows that have broken parts. The window weighs about 15 lbs. I do not know if the replacement spring balance value for each side should be 16 lbs as listed in your web site or half that value. Also, I do not know which of the many pivot shoes is the ... The channel the coil balance shoe slides in is 5/8" deep by 1 3/8" wide. I think all the coiled springs are ok by I do need the coil balance shoes. I have a window which is about 30x36 and this is a picture of the coil springs without the covers on. The window, when open just quickly drops down. I am curious because it seems like the center coils were never working in unison with the outer coils. As in they never fastened or connected with the ... (cont.)

Hi I was cleaning my double hung windows and pulled the top window out and broke the pivot lock shoe? I haven't taken it out because I hurt my back when it came out trying to catch it. Can you tell me the part (s) I will need to fix it?

Recently have had to replace the double glazed glass in my 23+ YO Kohler windows. The window shoe is 9/16" thick, 1.125" wide, 1.375" tall. Pictures of the pin that engages the shoe are also attached. Can youo recommend the proper replacement part? Thanks, Jim
