I can't find a replacement for my broken pivot. The photo is a label on the side of the window frame.

Hi im trying to find this part for my window this are pictures and i have find something similar but not sure will tat fit

Need help getting a matching part for the other side so that window doesn't slam down right away.

My window has a broken spring in the left side track. One of the photos above shows a S/N and a Series. The track that the spring mounts into is 1-9/32" wide x 17/32" deep. Both sides left and right tilt pivot shoes are broken and it has the coil flat wire about halfway up window the has a screw

Do you have replacement for this coil balancer ? We need 32 of them and 8 of the pivot bars.Jim

Could you pleas assist in identifying the correct window pivot shoe? I think I also need a track spreader because there is no access gap in the track. Thank you!

I'm needing to replace a pivot shoe and the broken one looks just like your Product Code: 15-177 (except white). I just want to check, on the dimensions. I haven't removed the broken one yet so I haven't measured it but the channel that it fits in is 1.5" and I noticed the 15-177 only measures 1.25" ... (cont.)

looking to see what you would have to replace this in a coil balance window. it is about 1 7/8" long and 9/16" wide.

Looking to identify a replacement tilt lock. I'm 95% certain these are Alside windows and already cross referenced 15-177 shoes to fix other problem windows thanks to this site. I believe the windows are alsides. Looking for the replacement shoe per attached. Don't heed the spring top piece unless recommended.

What replacement Pivot Shoe Part Number do we require? Aluminum portion of Pivot Shoe is cracking/breaking preventing the Pivot Shoe from travelling up & down. Each window pane is 22lbs and 29 inches wide by 35 inches tall. Dual Coil springs mostly look OK, they are 1/2" wide and the two coils attac ... (cont.)
