We have tilt replacement windows. When I last opened the window a metal piece in the pivot lock shoe broke. It doesn't stay with the window any more. I have attached pictures but really can't find any documentation on the window or parts. They were installed prior to our ownership. ... (cont.)

I am looking for 2 of these. The slot that with window peg goes in are broken. If you could tell me what the part is called or if you have it that would be great. I just dont want to buy 15 different parts.

Looks to me like the spring is broken. Those two coils should be connected right? I dont see any marking indicating what strength the springs are. The window pictures are a different window that is operating.

Theres no part numbers for these coil balancers I sibmitted photos On each of one of the coils on each side theres a stamp thats says 5K im assuming that kilegram which is 11Lbs I need help please someone get back to me as soon as possible thanks

Hi, We just bought a house and the replacement windows need some love with replacement parts. We can't make out the make/model of the windows, but attached is the sticker we found, and photos of the tilt latch and pivot shoe.

I can't see any way the parts I bought from you will fit in my window frame. Can you advise. This replacement is very frustrating.

My window will no longer stay up when we open it. The top window operates normally. I am not sure what parts I need. If the pics are not enough I can take the shoe out and look for a part number and measure it. The problem is this is a rental and Im not there at the moment.
