Couldn't find numbers or brand on window

I am trying to replace several broken window shoes but I can't find any markings on the broken shoe to indicate a part number. The closest I could find was only sold on Amazon but I would prefer to go through you. The amazon one was labeled Sash Balance 1-1/4" Length Brake Shoe and had the correct ... (cont.)

I can only find the letter C stamped on the spring. The window weighs 11 pounds with a bathroom scale. This is a window put out by Erie Construction, approximate year 2000. Broken Guide Bolts from inside the window itself that prevent the window from coming out of the frame broke, and the part inside the frame that the bolts rest into are broke. Looks to me like the spring is broken. Those two coils should be connected right? I dont see any marking indicating what strength the springs are. The window pictures are a different window that is operating.

Theres no part numbers for these coil balancers I sibmitted photos On each of one of the coils on each side theres a stamp thats says 5K im assuming that kilegram which is 11Lbs I need help please someone get back to me as soon as possible thanks
