Hi there, I'm trying to replace a number of bad coil balance shoes and pivot bars on my Alside Series i201 double hung windows. The bars are approximately 2 1/4" long, and the shoes are approximately 1 1/2" x 1 3/8" x 5/8". The coils seem to be fine, it's just the shoes that keep breaking. Thank ... (cont.)

Coil balance assembly 6K stamped on the spring I only need the bottom part this is the bottom window both sides Can you help me in purchasing these parts please and thank you

I need to replace two types. One has the number 10 on the coil. The other has 7K. Both springs 1/2 inch wide

Please let me know which parts I need to order. Both springs are broken and pin on one side. I'm OK with ordering complete set for both sides.

I need to buy new window coil balance. 31" x 35" window. The area that the ciol goes is 18 1/2". The thing that holds the coil is 1 1/4". The stamp says 7K and the coil is 3/4" wide

My wife was clean our windows and it broke. It appears one of the pins broke and on the same side the thing it attaches to(I think it's called the shoe?) Is broken too. And the pin on the opposite side is bent. Can you help me?
