Not sure what kind of windows they are - this is a picture of the coil balancers. I need several. No numbers or anything on this part or the windows..

Hi, We just bought a house and the replacement windows need some love with replacement parts. We can't make out the make/model of the windows, but attached is the sticker we found, and photos of the tilt latch and pivot shoe.

I can't see any way the parts I bought from you will fit in my window frame. Can you advise. This replacement is very frustrating.

I need help identifying a replacement part. One of the window pivot shoes is broken. There are absolutely no brand markings on these windows.

My window will no longer stay up when we open it. The top window operates normally. I am not sure what parts I need. If the pics are not enough I can take the shoe out and look for a part number and measure it. The problem is this is a rental and Im not there at the moment.

Hi, our double hung window in the kitchen is busted and won't stay up. img_175 is busted where the catch from img_180 seats, and img_177 appears the right side coil has come out of the plastic housing?? And both catches in img_179, 80 seem to be broken as well. Any help in identifying the parts ... (cont.)

The round metal part in the middle broke.1/2 ×1 5/16 ×1 7/16 . Is spring difficult to deal with?

I believe that this is a 15-177. Are there other choices?

Hi folks - not sure what I got - windows were here when we got here...probably from early-mid 90's Also - every vid I've seen on troubleshooting suggests that at a 90 degree angle, the windows will disconnect from shoe and come out - doesn't *seem* to be the case here - but not trying to force anyt ...
