Hello, I found my coil to be broke apart this spring and I'm looking for a replacement. I'm a condo complex and I'm not the first owner of the property so I'm unsure which brand of windows they are. There is a small 6 printed on the larger plastic part holding the coil. If you could tell me which replacement part I need, I'd really appreciate it.Thank you!Fiona

I had several double hung windows professionally installed. Three of these windows (1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and 1 living room window that tilt for cleaning)slam down and refuse to remain open. Hi there, I'm trying to replace a number of bad coil balance shoes and pivot bars on my Alside Series i201 double hung windows. The bars are approximately 2 1/4" long, and the shoes are approximately 1 1/2" x 1 3/8" x 5/8". The coils seem to be fine, it's just the shoes that keep breaking. Thank ... (cont.)
