Please let me know which parts I need to order. Both springs are broken and pin on one side. I'm OK with ordering complete set for both sides.

I need to buy new window coil balance. 31" x 35" window. The area that the ciol goes is 18 1/2". The thing that holds the coil is 1 1/4". The stamp says 7K and the coil is 3/4" wide

My wife was clean our windows and it broke. It appears one of the pins broke and on the same side the thing it attaches to(I think it's called the shoe?) Is broken too. And the pin on the opposite side is bent. Can you help me?

The original hardware can in some cheap windows from a company called Vinylmax,, form Hamilton ,Ohio. My customer has replaced a few of these with whay she was given by there company and they continue to break so she called me. And rhays why in hear I need about 24 of each of these. thank you ... Looking to replace the Pivot lock shoes on all our windows. Each time I have tilted a window to clean it, the metal insert in the shoe breaks. I am looking to replace several pivot parts on my sellmore double hung windows. The round metal part that pivots has cracked on several of my windows.
