I thought your 15-177 shoe looked like the closest match to my pivot lock shoe, but it's not thick enough. My shoe is 13/16" thick, but the 15-177 is only 9/16. How do I make up that quarter inch?

I could not find identifying numbers for these windows that have broken parts. The window weighs about 15 lbs.
