I am trying to find a pair of replacement coil balancers for my Cascade window. The plastic covers are marked 4 and 15 there are no other marks. I have attached a picture. I need both sides.

I am having trouble figuring out what coil part I need the only thing I see Is the letter c on the coil. The coil also snapped this is why it's not working anymore. I need to find the coil the rest of it appears to be fine

Can you tell me the correct replacement for this. I did not see an ID.

These are the photos of my existing hardware. I have singles and double coil springs. The cam has broken and no longer locks or unlocks the track. I believe my replacement part is 15-177 but can not verify by number on part. Please advise

Help! I bought a house with Alside double hung tilt out windows. I found the original invoice that says they were installed in 2000. There are no markings on the windows or the parts. Hi?I need help. I have replaced the coil assembly, but the pívot I chose doesn't fit. Maybe I chose the wrong parts? So, I've decided to start over. Here are the original parts. I need to fix two windows. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thank you, Tina

There are no identifying numbers on anything. We think the windows are less than 10 years

this window has a serial number 051-492518, the window was installed in November 2001. There appear to be two stips of metal going from the coils to the pivot shoe.
