So I measured and it is a half inch thick and I do believe it's part number 15?188. Would you agree?

This is OEM in Polaris windows installed before I bought my house. It is a double-hung window and both sashes tilt. I am having an issue of locating the correct parts needed. The coil is broke on both sides. I will replace whatever is needed. All other parts seem to be ok, but are at least 25 years ... (cont.)

Coil balances broken. On the cover plate for the most part is showing numbers 1 and 7. Another one 7 and 8. Same size windows. The sash weighs 21,8 lbs. it will be for four windows total replacement of coil balancers. My name is Ray. Thanks.

Hello. I ordered 7lb left and right balances. The problem is with the size of the notch that the window drops into. It is too small. I hope the pictures help tell the story. Would you need measurements of the original slot to recommend the right product?
