Coil balances broken. On the cover plate for the most part is showing numbers 1 and 7. Another one 7 and 8. Same size windows. The sash weighs 21,8 lbs. it will be for four windows total replacement of coil balancers. My name is Ray. Thanks.

Hello, I need to replace a few coil balancers, due to the swivel lock being broken. There are no marking for window manufacturer, and there is no information on the balancers, at all, the entire coil is blank, with no markings. I took some measurements and pictures. This a half inch double balance coil removed from an alside window(no markings)I believe i read a 5K on outer coil & a 6K on the inner coil

Hello. I ordered 7lb left and right balances. The problem is with the size of the notch that the window drops into. It is too small. I hope the pictures help tell the story. Would you need measurements of the original slot to recommend the right product?

I am trying to find a pair of replacement coil balancers for my Cascade window. The plastic covers are marked 4 and 15 there are no other marks. I have attached a picture. I need both sides.

I am having trouble figuring out what coil part I need the only thing I see Is the letter c on the coil. The coil also snapped this is why it's not working anymore. I need to find the coil the rest of it appears to be fine
