The mechanism needed to hold window up when opened does not work and another window does not stay up to stay closed. So I measured and it is a half inch thick and I do believe it's part number 15?188. Would you agree?

This is OEM in Polaris windows installed before I bought my house. It is a double-hung window and both sashes tilt. I am having an issue of locating the correct parts needed.
