Hello I manage a apartment complex and the owners bought us the spring balance pivot shoes shown above from you. However the pivot bars we have are shaped differently and do not fit in the shoe please advise what type of bar is needed to fit. Thank you

I need 3 of the windw spring and housing and 2 door handles and internal locking mechanism I have one that is 7 3/8 " long and an inch wide screw holes are 6 1/2" apart

This is a window balance that's stamped 7K with no other markings. It's broken and I'm looking for a replacement but I can't seem to find one that fits anywhere online.

Several of these window shoes on my windows are broken, and the windows do not stay up. The shoes are stuck at the bottom of the window, and the aluminum pivot has broken.

I have a broken balancer shoe on the bottom pane of double tilt windows. It's a coil type balancer like shown in the video. Double coil lock shoe which is in need of replacement. It appears to be 1 1/4" wide, 1 3/8" high, and has a width of 1/2". green label is from older windows. the older looking pivot shoes are from these windows. there are 8 windows. lhe wound up spring thingy to help the windows open and close also need repair / replace.thanksrichard

Pot metal in the shoe balancer has broken in the part that releases and locks tension.

I do not know which part I need to stop my window from falling when I open it. The other side is more broken than this one in the photo
