I bought windows years ago from OC Cluss. These are the parts I use to fix my windows when the coils breaks. I need the shoe and coil.

My bottom sash spring thing and track guide have broken. Can they be replaced?

Trying to replace the parts broken on both sides of my window. I don't know the brand of the window but appears the coils snapped off and I'm thinking the pivot pin that goes into the window has broken as well. Hello, can you help me replace this broken part on this (I think) Silver Line window? I'm wondering if it would be easier to replace the metal tape roll and the Shoe and Cam. Please see the attached pictures. Can you suggest a kit to fix it? Looks like 1.25 inches by 0.5 inches.

Not sure the window manufacturer, only indentifying number/letter i can find on the part in the picture is a "D L" on the coil itself. The plastic coil covers also have an "E" on one and an "H" on the other.
